It's DRAGON time!

"Xiao Long Bao or commonly referred to as "Soup Dumplings" is one of the finest Chinese delicacy. The exact origins of Xiao Long Bao is unknown, but they first appeared in northwest of Shanghai, at least 100 years ago. This ubiquitous little bundle of joy is indigenous to almost every culture.

As you carefully pick one up with your chopsticks, you could literally see the weight of the soup strecthing the translucent skin down. The best Xiao Long Bao has skin so thin yet it has enough elasticity to hold the delicate balance of dough, soup and meat in it. "

Yup readers. I had my dinner at DRAGON I (笼的传人-上海拉面小笼包) at 1 Utama shopping mall for both the celebration of DONG ZHI (冬至) and my daddy's birthday. Cool eh? [Not cool at all, lol] Well, this restaurant is famous of ramen and Xiao Long Bao and of course definately I can't slip any chances to taste all of them! lol! -- Em. How was it? I can't tell you now as I... Um. As I... Anyhow, you can try yourself! Ha ha. I tell you, the design and stucture of this restaurant is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cunted!! mind you! Kai Yit will surely like it.
