After gruelling times of working madness, I can finally look forward for 2 weeks of boredom now haha. I think I shall blog about some sweet highlights here today tough I'm not in the mood for blogging nowadays.

yeah I'm back. Ish~ all because of my stupid modem.
Now I've bought a new one! hehe. Smaller. cooler. small black box.
Well, all this while I was only able to online at school. =( OK la , better than nothing.

Overall I was truely enjoyed. Had loads of fun.

Ok, I treated a bunch of friends (ex-Gabrians & ex-cochraneans) to LOW YAT RED BOX.
WOW, about 20 ++ attended? hehe. Shocked me. Hm, I hope they all enjoyed that day too~
but sadly speaking, I purposely reserved a BIG (really BIG) room for Cochrane U6S2'05 hoping for a heat-up. Nevertheless, it ended up quiet, peaceful, and strangeful. =)

Inversely, for the small room for Gabrians, though smaller, it ROCKS, LOUD & BANG! =)

I'm bored, bored and bored. Haven't posted in a while (my apologies). Have several things to talk about, but not one large enough to dedicate the entire space to. So here are some random items for general discussion.

I've got a FREE Kingston USB 512 MB Flash Drive from my school. Yeah FREE~ Teeehe! =) It was actually Teacher's Day present. How nice of the headmistress ah! [nice? You NEVER know!] But then some conflicts happened. Deng! Some teachers JEALOUS! Eyes red red, Face red red! LOL! They jealoused of us (the younger generation) got all the privilleges that they don't have -- such as OUR salary are utterly higher than theirs. What to do? We are the YOUNGER GENERATION! yeah yeah~ 我们就是年轻一代，青春就是我们的财富！

I've seen too much fake people around me, and I'm tired.

Hm. I've been learning great and brand new stuffs lately -> from my jobs, my friends, and the people around me. Yea -- *eyes-rolling* -- BEING AN ADULT to be exact. =)

You got to do what you GOT TO DO

Truth of the matter is, dream jobs you imagined just doesn’t exist outside of politics. If you do find a job having 2 hours lunch time, getting out every day at 5 and the boss lets you leave early on Friday, let me give you my resume. =) * LOL. Work will never be better than not working, why else would they be paying people to do it? Accept the overall truth: you will probably not like your job. Hey don't misunderstand dude! I like my job as a teacher!! Just that, sometimes I'm tired. Okay, let me explain to you.

*-* 7am - 12.50pm [ Science subject teacher for 5 classes (which 4 of them are TOP classes, haha. Stressful man. ) ]

*-* 12.55pm - 6.30pm [ Part-time office boy -- key in students' data] or [ Relief teacher for teacher who didn't come ]

*-* 7.30pm - 9.30 ++ pm [ Private tutor for 2 students ] *Applicable to Mon, Wed and Fri only. Subject to change. I have another tuition job coming soon. Guess I shall make some arrangement again. Sigh. =(

Calculation : 6 hours + 6 hours + 2 hours + = Approximately 14 hours a day. I'm physically okayyy but mentally tired. Hehhe.

Office Politics

It’d be nice to think that since we’ve left high school and all the immaturity moments, that people have improved. To me, it's about the same as the high school's classroom. Cool kids at one table, smart kids at another, loners and losers over here and so on.

They fight inter-office wars, get people fired, make your life miserable and can be a leading cause of work stress. Well, for me, I think it's utterly important to deal with the office politics. It’s a slow process that pays off immensely and you will never regret using it when it’s working for you. The MOST important -- make friends!! But beware! Everyone’s smiling to you -- but yet, maybe none of them are your friends. It’s better playing your own rules. Does it feel dishonest? Yeah, it does. BUT, actually it’s a survival tool for getting along around, I’ll tell you that.

Another lesson to be learned is : Learn who you can be real with and who you can’t.

I've been away for a while. It was for the best. It gave me time to rethink some things. I attended some school's functions in the past couple of days, and during the functions, I thought about all the possibilities. And I wonder if there's purpose. I know it's something I want to do with my life, to teach around and make things up and get paid for it. It just seems like the logical and obvious thing to do. But I wonder what's the reason behind it. I wondered what kind of relationship does teaching have with my life and why I'm so into it. Hmm* god * damn* I just can't get a good answer! so damned.

For nineteen years of my who-cares life, I've liked art and I enjoyed it. I praticed it every time when I was in the mood for it and when I was TOO free. And I have to say, to some extent, I was good at art. [LOL! i heard boo-s all the way] I made it my passion. But then I discovered something. And from there, I discovered another some-thing. And what I had thought was my life and my passion had suddenly changed and shifted to something else. So I would like to teach
, instead, because it was something new and exciting, and it took guts to switch over so suddenly. [I have guts huh?] I thought teaching would be a good escape from life, albeit a temporary escape.

And then after doing some serious thinking and reflecting, I came to the conclusion that teaching to me, isn't about escape, but rather, it's about exploration. It's about the exploration of life. It's a way to find a sense of truth and justice and control and answers. And that's exactly it. Life hands out questions -- sometimes more than I can bear -- but it never hands out answers. There are no equations, no formulae to get answers in life, like you can in maths. [and I'm so sick of maths! duh.] Teaching is my attempt in making sense of the world and myself. To use my mind in fresh and experimental ways, to flex my emotions and add depth and colours to my days and nights [The boy-boys and girls-girls were so damn CUTE! omg. And they had tonnes of silly but damn-they're-cute stories to share with me -- a LAO SHI (老师). A teacher. They called me teacher! oh god. I love all the standard one-s]. WELL. I think now's a good time to figure out who I am. And who I wanted to be.

To me, TEACHING is to fill my appetite of the profound human need to grasp the patterns of living. I've been excited but the end of the day, a bad NEWS. Real bad. I'm so confused. I need to make a decision and the worst --

I HAVE TO CHOOSE! * urgh! *

[Not cool at all, lol] Well, this restaurant is famous of ramen and Xiao Long Bao and of course definately I can't slip any chances to taste all of them! lol! -- Em. How was it? I can't tell you now as I... Um. As I... Anyhow, you can try yourself! Ha ha. I tell you, the design and stucture of this restaurant is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cunted!! mind you! Kai Yit will surely like it.

How wonderful! totally cool eh? I found out that there were actually alot of hidden stuffs to be discovered from this Chindian family -- Their culture, food, language and stuffs. His little brother looks like Chinese and he know chinese but he actually shy to speak out! How cute! Overall I enjoyed today. But not as much as Kai Yit did. =) lol.

Clarification : Oh god. I'm damn angry now. I finished this post but I accidentally closed the window. Arghhh!? This is my 2nd time writing the same thing. Aww. Awful.

Wake up! That's right, I'm back, sleepy head. Since now is already 2.25am. It's morning! Good morning. I missed you! Nah, nah-nah, nah, nah. By the way, I'm tired to repost this thing. Haih.

So let me start off with some exciting news : there's nothing to eat! I'm damn hungry now! -- and perhaps, I'm mad.

So this is a blog, and so I guess I'm supposed to, like, talk about my feelings, and what kind of music I'm listening to, and stuff about my insects. [ Huh? insects?! ] Man. What a drag. Okay, but here goes: I'm feeling a little pain, around my stomach area. I'm listening to the 'lagi-lagi' song [someone will understand] -- Mungkin Nanti by Peter Pan, just downloaded tonight. Heard that song yesterday in the bus which reminded me to download it today. And my insects...hey, where're my insects...?

Well, met some juniors of mine today and I generously gave them all my perserved insects. [kind of not mine actually] . The word 'gave' is way too GENEROUS! Actually I -sold- them all. funny isn't it? [lame] The pocket money earned was for me to survive today. As I brought an empty wallet to there. I need money! aish. -(

Hello I'm back. Yawn. Well, I've been up to lots of walking today. I attended a education fair today at Malacca Equatorial Hotel entitled "TURN LEFT? TURN RIGHT?" . Uh, How was it? Um. I will say it was kind of boring actually. Useful? Um. A little bit I can say. Just a little of it.

Actually we were supposed to attend the 2nd session (1pm-4.30pm). The 1st session will be from 9.30am-12.00pm. Luckily our bus reached there about 9am and we took the town bus and luckily reached there sharp at 9.30am. The time that 1st session had just started. But we were late . Don't we?

Er. So after the fair we still got plenty of time for SOMEONE and I to explore the beauty of the historical town. SOMEONE and I took alot of pictures while we were exploring about the small yet peaceful town.

EXCLUSIVE UPDATES! -- SOMEONE and I had loads of fun today. SOMEONE and I ate KFC for our lunch. SOMEONE and I ate chicken rice balls for our dinner. This time we ate at -- Uh, let me check my cell -- hold on! -- Here! yeap, we ate at HOE KEE. Well, quite nice and definitely better than the FAMOSA one. We walked almost the whole town.
